Care Coordinator (Nursing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health assessment, screening, counselling, health education, and other nursing services in DHC Core Centre and Satellite Centres;
  • Provide health promotion and primary prevention programs;
  • Act as case manager of community rehabilitation programs;
  • Coordination of care among multi-disciplines in DHC and the DHC Network Service Providers;
  • Operate the clinical management system for clinical documentation and communication.

Requirements:

  • Holder of valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related services as registered nurse;
  • Recognized post registration training in DM care/ Cardiology/ Primary Health Care/ Community Care / Stroke Rehabilitation/ Cardiac Rehabilitation/ Gerontology would be an advantage.

Occupational Therapist (Full-time or Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide occupational therapy services to DHC clients, including assessment, treatment programme planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication;
  • Develop and provide group work, training, health promotion and patient education programmes that aim to enhance self-care and self-management skills;
  • As a team member of multi-disciplinary healthcare team;
  • To supervise a team including assistants, support staff, students and volunteers to ensure quality of service;
  • Communicate and liaise with Hospital Authority, network medical practitioners, professional groups and related parties.

Requirements:

  • Be registered as an Occupational Therapist in Part I or Part II of the Register of Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance;
  • Have a valid practicing certificate issued by the Occupational Therapist Board of Hong Kong;
  • Practice as an Occupational Therapists for at least 5 years. Experience should cover at least 2 clinical areas;
  • 44 working hours per week, required to work irregular hours;
  • Required to work in the Kwai Tsing District Health Centre and the satellites centres;
  • May be required to work in another work location to meet service needs of Kwai Tsing District Health Centre.

Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office administration and clerical support;
  • Maintain filing and document control system;
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers or contractors on office supplies and maintenance;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Assist in ah-hoc tasks as required.

Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management;
  • Assist to liaise with internal and external parties to consolidate presentation / administration related material;
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, agendas, presentations and other document as needed;

Executive Officer (Human Resources)

Job Duties:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee relations;
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review;
  • Policy Support – liaison with parties concerned to facilitate the formulation of policies;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment activities;

External Affairs Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the content management and the copywriting for corporate communications materials such as newsletters, video script, corporate pamphlets, annual report, press release and other corporate publicity;
  • Handle promotional event’s planning and execution e.g. vendor liaison, logistics, on-site support and event evaluation;
  • Handle centre guide tour;
  • Assist in arrange meeting with stakeholders such as district council members, NGOs;
  • Maintain good relationship with media and prepare press materials such as press releases;
  • Work with other Business Units to develop and execute communication campaigns;
  • Handle daily news monitoring report;
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Journalism, communication, public relations or other related disciplines;
  • 3-4 years’ experience in corporate communications, journalism, media relations or public affairs;
  • Multi-tasking, dynamic and creative;
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Knowledge on design and video editing software will be an advantage;
  • Experience in social media management will be advantage.
