Our Health Promotion Program is different from the general interest class. It is designed by our multidisciplinary team for different health needs. It aims to improve the skills and knowledge of health management and to adopt in daily life. To participate the program, please refer to the following:

  2. Make an appointment with our Care Coordinator for a Basic Health Risk Assessment to understand your health needs
  3. Please read the program description below and the program calendar for details
  4. Discuss with our Care Coordinator to arrange the most appropriate plan for your health needs
